Return/Refund of Service Policy: If after purchasing any service from Justin Williams the client wishes to terminate his/her program, 100% of collected payment, not including fees paid on Justin's behave, will be refunded IF the program has yet to be sent to the customer. Due to intellectual property that is given when the program is sent, 60% of any paid in full payment will be refunded if cancellation of services is requested after the customer receives the initial program. Any program that is paid partially will not be refunded. This is to be understood that a full refund is NOT given after the program has been sent and is only given when Justin Williams is notified beforehand. Please notify Justin Williams immediately if a refund request is needed by emailing him at JustinWilliams@JUSTINNUTRITION.com with "Customer Service-Refund" as the subject.
Shipping Policy: JUST-IN-NUTRITION is a service-based company only, thereby promising a turn around time of 1-3 business days for a client's program to be sent to them upon completion and delivery of the New Client Questionnaire. Upon receiving the New Client Questionnaire, email confirmation will be sent to the customer by Justin Williams in which the turnaround time of 1-3 days will begin.
It is understood by the consumer that upon their first check in with Justin Williams, the program start date begins and cannot be paused unless on the behalf of Justin Williams. Therefore, any lack of communication on the consumer's end yields programming to remain as-is with the program moving forward.
