Justin Williams

Head Coach/Owner

Justin Williams is the dedicated founder of Just-In Nutrition, where the art of personalization intersects seamlessly with the science of nutrition and fitness. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kansas and backed by numerous certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Justin marries his robust academic foundation with an unwavering passion for health. The result is a distinctive, evidence-based approach. 


Fundamental to his philosophy is the crafting of personalized meal plans and training programs,  tailored to align with each client's distinct lifestyle, whether they're bustling professionals, athletes, or busy parents. At the heart of his ethos lies the importance of forging meaningful client relationships.  This method guarantees a relationship anchored in trust, making every client feel acknowledged and valued. 

 

As an IFBB Pro Men's Physique athlete, Justin not only mentors athletes to bring forth their best on stage but also prioritizes a deep-seated, personalized understanding of each client's lifestyle.

Rachel Mikel

Coach/Bikini Posing Coach

Rachel is a passionate nutritionist, personal trainer, and fitness coach, dedicated to transforming lives through balanced nutrition and effective fitness strategies. With over two decades of educational experience, her coaching philosophy is rooted in personalized guidance and a deep understanding of diverse learning styles.

At 47 and a mother of three, Rachel empathizes with the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal well-being. 


Holding a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and a Master's Degree from Fort Hays State University, her academic journey is the cornerstone of her coaching approach and the key to building client relationships. 

Rachel's path to fitness began as a personal transformation. Battling weight gain after her second child's birth, she embarked on a quest for better health and relationship with food. Starting with group fitness and mastering weight training, she realized the vital link between nutrition and training. This realization propelled her to become an ISSA Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.


Rachel earned her IFB Pro status as a bikini competitor in 2021 at age 45 after beginning her competitive career in 2013. A testament to her dedication and her "it's never too late" philosophy.
